The 2010 "Back to School" Nursing Scholarship Program
It’s easy to talk about the nursing shortage, and the other challenges facing the nursing profession - like the need for higher-level education among current nurses. Well, we decided we’d actually do something about it too.
We’re proud to announce the brand-new BestNursingDegree.com "Back to School" Nursing Scholarship program.
The program is administered by Scholarship America (www.scholarshipamerica.org), the nation’s premier administrator of private scholarship programs.
In the first application cycle, we’re giving away two scholarships of $2,500 each. One will go to an ADN-prepared nurse who’s going back to school for an RN to BSN program. The other will go to a non-nurse who’s going back to school to become a nurse (in an Accelerated Second Degree BSN or Direct Entry MSN Nursing program).
