Founded in 1856, Seton Hall University is situated on 58-acres in South Orange, New Jersey. The University is home to more than 10,000 undergraduate and graduate students. Over 60 majors are offered through its eight schools: Arts and Sciences, Business, Diplomacy and International Relations, Health and Medical Science, Education and Human Services, Law, Nursing, Theology. Online programs are available through SetonWorldWide, the University’s online campus. Students at Seton Hall University are involved in more than 100 student organizations, including fraternities and sororities, and intercollegiate and intramural sports.
Nursing Education at Seton Hall University
The College of Nursing at Seton Hall University was founded in 1937. The College offers on-campus, off-site and online programs. BSN programs include a four-year BSN and an RN to BSN option. An RN to MSN for registered nurses with non-nursing bachelor’s degrees is also available. Graduate programs include a 22-month MSN program in Clinical Nurse Leader for students with a non-nursing undergraduate degree, and MSN programs in concentrations that include: Health Systems Administration, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, and School Nursing. In addition to the degree programs, the College of Nursing at Seton Hall University offers certificate programs in nursing administration, case management, and school nursing.
