Nursing Education at Georgetown University

The School of Nursing and Health Studies at Georgetown University offers undergraduate and graduate degrees. Undegraduate programs available are a BSN, an accelerated second degree BSN, and direct entry to Advanced Practice Nursing. Graduate nursing students at Georgetown University can choose from MSN concentrations in Health Systems Administration, Acute and Critial Care Clinical Nurse Specialist, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Anesthesia, Nursing Education, and Nurse-Midwifery. Resources and facilities include the Discovery Center which houses teaching laboratories, and the O’Neill Family Foundation Clinical Simulation Center with a patient simulator and clinical teaching labs.
