Founded in 1867, the University serves almost 6,600 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students through its various schools and colleges: the College of Arts and Sciences; the School of Business and Economics; the School of Education; Military Education; University College; and the graduate school. The Nursing Department at Fayetteville State University, established in 1992, offers an RN to BSN program. Registered Nursing students can choose to earn a BSN degree through Fayetteville’s online nursing program, a 13-month accelerated track for RNs.
