Excelsior College, founded in 1971, provides working adults with flexible distance education programs in Liberal Arts, Business, Technology, Nursing and Health Sciences. Excelscior College offers flexible, customized degree plans, in addition to traditional courses at convenient campus locations. Students at Exelscior can earn undergraduate and graduate degrees, or pursue a certificate program. Excelscior College has graduated over 100,000 students.

Nursing Education at Excelsior College

The School of Nursing at Exelscior College offers AS, AAS, BS, and MS degrees in Nursing. With the largest nursing degree program in the country, Exelscior’s programs are designed to be as flexible and convenient as possible. Students earn credits at their own pace, using a variety of distance learning tools. Additional resources include on-site workshops, pre-examination teleconferences, and pre-examination appointments with nursing faculty. Clinical experience is gained through partnerships between Excelsior College and local health care facilities.
