Located in Concord, North Carolina, Cabarrus College of Health Sciences was founded in 1942, and accredited by the National League for Nursing in 1963. Cabarrus College offers associate and bachelor’s degrees in the Health Sciences, as well as Continuing Education and Education Enhancement courses. Student enrollment for 2008 was almost 460 students, with the majority of students pursuing nursing degrees.
Nursing Education at Cabarrus College of Health Sciences
Cabarrus College of Health Sciences offers an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. The BSN degree is designed as an RN to BSN completion program and can be completed on a full-time basis in four semesters and one summer session. Continuing Education courses include training programs for Nurses Aide, Medication Aide, and Healthcare Provider CPR.
